What Is The "Good Times" Lifestyle?
Our slogan is, “Good Times or No Times.”
The “Good Times” (GT) Lifestyle is not about getting rowdy and partying like there’s no tomorrow. The GT Lifestyle is constantly working towards tomorrow but living a fun life getting there. We don’t concern ourselves with absolutely needing six pack abs (even though that’s great if you have them or want them). We concern ourselves with being high performance fit.
High performance fitness has nothing to do with the body builder look and everything to do with looking and feeling great with a side effect of life enhancement.
The GT Lifestyle focuses on living a healthy and fulfilled life of constant desire and accomplishment. We don’t get ‘satisfied’ with anything and are always looking to get better and be better at life.
We eat clean, natural foods, but don’t take life serious enough that we’ll skip a beer on the patio with friends and bullshit on a nice summer’s night. Our diet and preparation allows that reward.
We don’t stuff our faces with processed crap from a window and we also have the discipline to say ‘no’ to deserts (well...90% of the time, anyways :) ).
We believe in helping others be high performance healthy by teaching and applying a minimum of 3 full body intense exercise sessions a week. They can be body weight workouts, sand bag, gym workouts; it doesn’t really matter as long as they are intense and performance enhancing.
We set goals and go after them as long as they enhance our lives. We don’t want to be “normal”, we want to be special and go after life with full force. We don’t accept societies negative view, we only believe in the positive aspects of life and success.
We all have the capacity to live, grow, and develop. That’s what the “Good Times” Lifestyle focuses on doing.
